Who we are
Unhype Studio is the public-facing brand of Jan Elopre, a UK sole trader trading as Elopre Digital Studios, who is responsible for your information. Service area: United Kingdom. Website: https://unhypestudio.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to share: your name, email address, business name, existing website, the service and package you are interested in, your preferred contact method, your message and, if you choose to include it, an AI-drafted project brief.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver any project we agree. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to you and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
When you send a free preview request, the details you enter are stored securely and emailed to us so we can respond to your request. If you use the brief builder, your answers are sent to an AI service only to draft your brief; on their own they are not saved or sent to us. If you choose “Send My Brief to Unhype Studio” (or include your brief with a preview request), your name, business name, email address and the generated brief are stored securely and emailed to us so we can respond. We never use these details for marketing. The referral form does not currently send or store anything; it only prepares a draft on your own device. If you share someone else's contact details in a referral, you must have their permission.
Sharing your information
We never sell your data. We may use trusted service providers to run our business, including Lovable, which hosts this website, stores enquiries, sends enquiry emails to our inbox and provides the AI service that drafts briefs. These providers process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We review enquiries that don't lead to a project after six months, and delete or anonymise them once they are no longer needed. Client contracts, invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires. Deletion is currently carried out by hand.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
If you create an account to connect an AI assistant, we store your email address and sign-in details to keep that account secure. This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
